"This woman suffers from asthma, her breathing is always very laboured, gets very depressed about it. She is a widow, lives alone, has no family. Her house is too big for her and she is unable to look after it or herself properly, but the neighbours help. She has tried to have people to stay with her but does not get on well with them. Dr says this woman is senile. She has had carcinoma and now has a bad heart. Is lonely and very sorry for herself."

They need someone to look after them but cannot find anyone. Miserly, has not eaten a dinner for 20 years just lies in bed. Will go a fortnight without washing her face."
